1. What types of spiders do you sell?

 

We offer a variety of live spiders, including tarantulas and jumping spiders, along with their necessary supplies.

 

2. How should I care for my new spider?

 

Each species has specific care requirements. We provide detailed care sheets with every purchase to help you create the perfect environment for your spider.

3. Do you sell enclosures and decor?

 

Yes, we offer a range of enclosures and decor items to ensure your spider has a comfortable and stimulating habitat.

 

4. What is your return policy?

 

Live Stock (Tarantulas, Jumping Spiders, etc.)

Due to the delicate nature of live animals, Spider Cribz does not offer returns or exchanges on live stock. However, we do provide a live arrival guarantee.

If your spider arrives dead on arrival (DOA), you must notify us within 1 hour of delivery with clear photographic proof. We will issue a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Non-Live Products (Enclosures, Decor, Supplies)

For non-live products, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • Ship the item back at your own expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
